Description: Beautiful and Hot by Tania Lebedeff is an abstract expressionist painting. Here, the artist proposes a very dynamic surface using planes of warm colors. The composition of this work is developed by verticals and horizontals as constitutive elements of the upper part of the work and by diagonals in the lower part which contribute to create big and small rectangles. The choice of palette reinforce the concept and activate the dynamism of the surface of the whole piece. This work is part of the "Shore" series of the artist and is executed using a patchwork of strong red, orange, blue and turquoise hues.
