Can you notify me when you release new prints?
Of course! Simply click on the "letter info”" link from our Home page in the bottom left corner of the page. You will receive a time to time email notification when new artwork is released. -
How are your prints made?
We hand-pick original artworks from our collection that we think you'll love, including paintings, photography, printmaking, and digital art. Our expert print team then digitally scans these pieces and creates the highest quality archival pigment prints on 100 % handmade paper in Quebec (Saint-Gilles or Saint-Armand paper). All of our prints are produced on eco-friendly fine art paper textured, natural white paper. When properly cared for, our prints have been tested to remain vibrant for more than 100 years. -
Do prints look exactly like the images I see online?
We work hard to make sure the images you see online look just like the actual prints. That said, the colors you will see on paper may differ slightly from what you see on screen depending on the image. Additionally, we best fit images on standard paper sizes which means that most images will have a white border--something you won’t see in our images. - How can I ensure my Paperwork print is authentic?
We ship each print with a Certificate of authenticity issued by Galerie Lamoureux Ritzenhoff. The print is titled and signed by the gallery owner to assure full authenticity of your work. The artist has signed the original artwork. Artists sign the original work rather than the prints themselves to minimize the handling of each print. - How do you ship your prints?
We ship our prints via DHL International delivery. Prints are placed in protective sleeves and shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes. We do NOT ship in tube because of the high-end quality paper. All artwork is fully insured and comes with a tracking number. - How much is shipping?
Shipping of any size unframed works is free! Take advantage of our promotion! Shipping of framed works vary depending of size of work and destination. Look at our website for examples or contact us 7 days! - Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are happy to ship artwork to any destination in the world via DHL International delivery door-to-door. Rates outside Canada vary by country and by size of the work. - Once I purchase a print, how many days will it take to arrive?
Prints typically arrive between seven and fifteen business days after being ordered. - What forms of payment do you accept? Will I be charged tax?
Galerie Lamoureux Ritzenhoff accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. But take advantage of our secure online Paypal service. It does not matter if you do have an account with Paypal or not. You will only be charged taxes if your order is shipped to Quebec. You will only be charged tax if your order is shipped in another province of Canada. Shipping outside of Canada is tax free! - May I return a print if it does not meet my expectations?
We offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all artwork. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the print. Shipping charges will not be refunded. - How do I return a print?
Our return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the print in its original packaging and contact us by using our online form or at 1(888) 839-0990. We will then issue you a prepaid DHL shipping label to affix to the package and ship from any DHL location. Items must be shipped via DHL within seven days of receiving the order. Prints that are returned damaged will not be refunded. - What should I do if I receive a damaged print?
If you receive a damaged print, contact us within 24 hours by using our online form or at 1(888) 839-0990. Please save the artwork and all packaging material, as we must have these items in order to process the claim. We may also ask you to email us pictures of the damaged art and packaging. - What does limited edition mean?
A limited edition artwork is one that is produced in a set limited quantity. Galerie Lamoureux Ritzenhoff and the artists whom we represent have exclusive rights to the artwork in each edition, so you won’t find these pieces anywhere else. - How many of the same print can I buy?
We want everyone to have a chance to buy a print, so you may buy up to one hundred (100) of the same print as our limited edition is of 100 maximum. If you are interested in buying more than one hundred (100) of the same print, please contact us by using our online form or at 1(888) 839-0990. - How long is each print available?
Each print will be available on our website until the edition sells out or until the artist decides to terminate his contract with us. Once an edition sells out, the print is gone forever! - Dang! The print sold out before I bought it. What do I do?
Send us an email by using our online form or at 1(888) 839-0990. We can help you find more work by the same artist, or other great works. - Does Galerie Lamoureux Ritzenhoff provide framing services?
Yes, we do. Please visit our website to find more about the prices for framed work. We only frame with the highest quality museum type of glass (non reflection glass.) and museum type of quality frame. The shipping of a framed work is of course a little higher.
