The Certificate of Authenticity is a signed and sealed document issued by the gallery, or galleries, representing an artist. The artist can also issue it. It certifies the authenticity and market value of a work of art at the time of purchase.

Your insurance broker can use the Certificate of Authenticity for insurance purposes.

Your accountant can also use the Certificate of Authenticity to attest to the precise market value of your work of art at time of purchase.
